In academic research since 1989 - Efficacy of veterinary drugs, multidrug resistance in Slovakia, Denmark and Canada and in pharmaceutical R&D since 2001 - Preclinical development, clinical teams in Canada, Hungary, USA, UK, Slovakia. From Study Director through Senior and Principal level scientist to executive (VP, CPO). Worked on compounds in multiple therapeutic areas: CNS, diabetes, endocrinology, hematology, oncology, ophthalmology, pain, sleep, urinary, vaccines, medical devices (coronary stents), new drug forms.
 
Responsible for the conduct of over 75 GLP and non-GLP preclinical studies as a Study Director at CROs or pharma company, outsourced and monitored number of studies to several CROs as a Sponsor's Respresentative (Study Monitor) at large pharma.
